We started Toy Warehouse for a simple reason. Buying a toy online is harder than it should be. The photo shows a happy child, but it rarely tells you how big the toy is, what is in the box or what age it is made for. We wanted a shop where those facts come first.
The facts on every page
Each product page lists the maker's details: recommended age and size where the maker gives them, and what is in the box. For building sets and puzzles, check the piece count on the page. Where a toy needs batteries, the page says which type and whether they are included. If the maker has not published a detail, we say so rather than guess.
A recommended age is the maker's guidance, and not every maker gives one. You know your child best, so read it together with the size and what is in the box. Toys with small parts, small balls or marbles are not for children under 3.
Twelve categories, ages 3 and up
We sell wooden toys, building and construction toys, STEM and science kits, arts and crafts, and pretend play. There are remote control cars, toy cars and trucks, dinosaur and animal toys, and soft toys. Puzzles and games, outdoor toys and musical instruments round out the range.
Every toy is supplied from Australian stock. We keep the range tidy, so you are not scrolling past pages of near-identical listings.
How we ship
Orders ship with a tracked courier, and delivery is free on orders of $150 or more (a flat $15 applies under $150). Most orders arrive within 3 to 7 working days of the order date, a little longer to regional areas. Buying for a birthday? Order with that window in mind.

Who is behind Toy Warehouse
Toy Warehouse is part of a family-owned group of online stores. Our CEO, Renoo Caruso, is a Christian preacher based in Phetchaburi, Thailand. Renoo leads a local church with a congregation of more than 200 people and shares daily Bible teaching in Thai through renoo.faith and a YouTube channel with over 1,600 videos.
